Brandi and I are extremely grateful to Linda and Gary the owners of the LURE RESORT and also are wonderful friends to "OUR FAMILY" for decades. When they learned about what Brandi and I were trying to get accomplished for our PAWS and their PARENTS, and for our Fantastic Fundraising Campaign, they agreed to make a terrific donation for every PARENT who stayed with them at the LURE RESORT, so that Needy PAWS could find New Forever Homes. This Donation is good for any stay, any time, at the LURE RESORT not just for this one Outing, but anytime you might feel the desire to get away from it all at and escape to one of California's most overlooked locations the "Gold Country". Brandi and I will be taking our ANNUAL LURE RESORT VACATION beginning on September 8th thru September 19th, with "Gracie Girl" and staying in one of the Amazing Camping Cabins located alongside the Yuba River. That is 11 nights and while we understand that not all PARENTS will be able to attend the entire Outing, that is okay because we would love it if you could come up anytime during our stay. Brandi, "Gracie Girl" and I would love to PAWTY with you.

There is literally tons to do within the Expansive Resort Grounds and even more within a 30 minute drive surrounding the LURE RESORT. Brandi and I always go to the Lakes Basin at least every other day and "Gracie Girl" loves to go swimming in Salmon Lake. We fish the Yuba River and the Lakes Basin for Trout (Rainbow, Brown, and Brook), go on Nature Hikes, do a little Gold Prospecting (especially now that gold is $1200.00 an ounce), Antiquing, Swimming, Nature Photography, have fabulous Dinners in Town with "Gracie Girl", explore old Mining Towns, visit Grass Valley and Nevada City, go to the Empire Mine State Park, Roast Marshmallows in the Campfire, and of course the most important thing "RELAX".
