Hey PARENTS & PAWS!

UPDATES TO THIS OUTING!!!

We have scheduled an outing at the Laguna Beach Dog Park. Just a fun afternoon of socializing and playing for both PARENTS and PAWS.

We will have filtered water on PAW for the PAWS as well as the PAW BARREL for any monies you wish to donate.

Hope to see you there! Please bring some change to feed the meter it costs money to park in the canyon.

HI PARENTS UPDATES ABOUT THIS OUTING. WE ARE ADDING A FUNDRAISING ACTIVITY.

WE WILL BE HOLDING A 50/50 RAFFLE AND AS ALWAYS 50% OF THE POOL WILL GO DIRECTLY TO SUPPORTING NEEDY PAWS IN SHELTERS AND RESCUES IN ORANGE COUNTY, WHILE THE OTHER 50% GOES TO THE LUCKY WINNER HOLDING THE TICKET. ALSO THERE WILL BE RAFFLE TICKETS SOLD FOR PRIZES OF WHICH ALL THE PROCEEDS GOES DIRECTLY TO THE FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN OF THE CLUB WHICH SUPPORTS NEEDY PAWS IN OUR COMMUNITY. CURRENT LIST OF PRIZES TO BE RAFFLED WILL INCLUDE (2) $25.00 GIFT CERTIFICATES TO SHARKY'S WOODFIRED MEXICAN GRILL, A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO DRS FOSTER & SMITH'S ONLINE PET SUPPLIES, A GIFT CERTIFICATE FROM SCRATCH & SNIFF DOG PHOTOGRAPHY FOR A FREE PUPPY PLAN PACKAGE, AND A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR $50.00 TOWARDS ANY SERVICE FROM DESPERATE PAWS OF ORANGE COUNTY.

Well we just checked the weather it is suppose to be sunny and in the 70's. The Canyon is beautiful right now with everything nice and green so it should be a great day for an Outing. We hope everyone can make it...hehehehehe PAWTY!!!

Hi Stephen & Brandi,

Sorry I missed the Outing. I got a last minute call about a trip to Vegas and couldn't pass up on Comped Rooms, food, and show... Woohoo Vegas was Great.

I tried to make it -- I am a single mom, 4 kids and 3 dogs. Some days it's just hard to get everyone out of the house... I will definitely be at the Dog Beach outing since I live right down the street. Look forward to meeting you all!

Thanks Stephen and Brandi! what a beautiful day for an outing at the park. Tony and I won the Sharky's certificate in the raffel and had a great lunch after letting the pups run themselves out....made for a nice afternoon...Crystal and Tony..

It was a beautiful day in the Laguna Beach Canyon. The Hills were nice and green. There were a ton of PAWS there in the park, which really made it fun for our Club PAWS. I think it might have been the busiest that Brandi and I have ever seen the Dog Park. It was really great to meet some of the PAW PARENTS Stan, Gary, Amy, Jen who haven't been to an Outing yet, and we hope they will be at the next Outing. There was the raffles and it was great that we could help support Needy PAWS in the Community. Our thanks and congratulations goes out to Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill and the lucky winners were Danielle, Crystal & Tony, Scratch & Sniff Dog Photography won by Connie, Drs Foster & Smith won by Danielle, Desperate Paws of Orange County won by Amy, the 50/50 won by Danielle.... Danielle was the lucky winner today but there are more raffles for great prizes coming up at future Outings. We are glad all the Parents and their Paws had a great time.

DESPERATE PAWS OF ORANGE COUNTY DOG CLUB is a NOT-FOR-PROFIT CLUB designed to get PARENTS and their PAWS out of the house and enjoying life. The club was specifically created to place PARENTS and their PAWS together in fun social activities, while Advocating for Dog Welfare and Adoption.

ALL FRIENDLY PARENTS AND THEIR PAWS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN!

Through the club we hold fun social activities, outings and events such as trips to Dog Beaches, Bark Parks, Hiking Trails, Restaurant and Happy Hour Pawties, Camping Trips, Paw Classes, Paw Expos, Pawventure Vacations, Adoption Events and More so that the PARENTS and their PAWS can play and socialize together at fun PAW-friendly venues.
