In response to your question about putting your guest on the waiting list and you are already in the session, since they aren't signed up with the group, there's no member's name to attach to the waiting list. I can use my daughter's name on behalf (member "Chelsea" ) as a spot to represent your guests spot, if you would like.

Hi Sarah. For tomorrow's workout, there are usually two groups. The faster group would do a 3x2400 meters and the slower group (which includes me) would do 3x1600 meters. Everyone starts at the same time every 15 minutes so if you like you can start with 1600 and see if you think you might want to do the 2400 next time instead of having a longer rest interval. Come run with us tomorrow and give it a shot. Be there early enough to do your warm-up. We'll by the restroom.
