We wanted to take a moment and say hello to all the new PARENTS and PAWS! We invite you to come out to some Outings and Join in all the Fun!

Also, we have a Fantastic New Sponsor who has donated Two Wonderful Gift Cards, to the list of terrific raffle prizes all going to help "PAW IT FORWARD". The New Sponsor is "THE BEACH HOUSE" RESTAURANT . If you have not been there, it has wonderful food, one of the best views of the Pacific Ocean and the Beach in Laguna. We are extremely grateful to them for helping the club to "PAW IT FORWARD". These Gift Cards will be raffled at future Outings, so look for them, and stop by and see them for a wonderful meal with a gorgeous scenic back drop, and tell them "DESPERATE PAWS OF ORANGE COUNTY DOG CLUB" let you know about them.

Please remember PARENTS, all of our Sponsors are extremely important, so please say thank you to them for helping to support the "PAW IT FORWARD" CAMPAIGN. It is very difficult to get such Great Sponsors, as Dogs don't vote, don't spend money, and have no Voice, so we are truly grateful and appreciative to the current sponsors and we hope to have a long and lasting relationship with them, helping all of us to "PAW IT FORWARD".

The Last Lazy Dog Cafe PAW PAWTY - Manic Monday for 2010 is up to RSVP if you wish. As always, 10% of everyones bill will go directly to the "PAW IT FORWARD" CAMPAIGN, there are great raffle prizes too, like a Pass for Two to the World Famous Improv Comedy Club, good at all Southern California Locations, a delicious Gift Certificate to Lazy Dog Cafe, and (2) VIP Pizza Gift Certificates to Papa Murphy's Pizza, because who doesn't love a wonderful Pizza! We hope everyone can make it, and have a terrific time with your PAWS and other PAWS and PARENTS!

Lastly, Parents the CPR and First Aid Class, by the American Red Cross. This truly is a life saving course, as it covers many things that can happen to your PAW, and often times, these things are so vital that you can't wait to get your PAW to a Vets Office or Clinic. Action must be taken immediately and by you or someone trained in this. It could one day save the life of your PAW or a PAW you know. It is possible to schedule the class, however here is the situation, if you want to take part in it, you will need to pay for it in advance. If we can get 100 PARENTS to take part the cost will be dramatically less. If not the cost is $50.00 per PARENT for the 4 Hour Course to the American Red Cross. This includes the mannequins and all literature. Again, we have nothing to do with the Cost it is set by the Red Cross. So if you are interested, please email us, and let us know and also which day is better for you, Saturday or Sunday?. We are attempting to schedule it in October. The day with the most Choices Wins!
